INVESTON reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at our sole discretion, especially in cases of suspected fraud, illegal activity, or Terms violations.

Withdrawal Terms:

INVESTON operates under strict regulatory compliance across 21+ jurisdictions. As part of our compliance obligations:

• KYC Verification: We require identity verification for all users. You must provide valid government-issued identification and proof of address.
• AML Monitoring: Transactions are monitored for suspicious activity. We may request additional documentation to verify the source of funds.
• Reporting Obligations: We are required to report suspicious activities to relevant authorities and may freeze accounts pending investigation.
• Geographic Restrictions: Services may be restricted in certain jurisdictions. You are responsible for ensuring use complies with local laws.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or liability for incidental damages. In such cases, limitations may not apply to you.

User-Initiated Termination:

You may close your account at any time by following the account closure process. Outstanding investments must be settled according to their terms before final account closure.

INVESTON-Initiated Termination:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without prior notice if:

• You violate these Terms or our policies
• We suspect fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized activity
• Required by law or regulatory authorities
• You provide false information or fail KYC/AML verification
• Your account remains inactive for an extended period

Upon termination, your right to access Services ceases immediately. Funds (excluding active investments) will be returned according to applicable regulations.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdictions in which INVESTON operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Specific governing law may vary based on your location and the services used.

Dispute Resolution Process:

1. Direct Resolution: Contact our support team first to resolve disputes informally
2. Mediation: If informal resolution fails, disputes may be submitted to mediation
3. Arbitration: Unresolved disputes will be settled through binding arbitration
4. Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes individually, not as part of class action
